Study of polyphenolic compounds in extracts from flowers and leaves of canadian goldenrod and goldenrod dwarf (Solidago canadensis L. AND Solidago nana Nitt.)

Abstract

The study presents the results of qualitative and quantitative determination of polyphenolic compounds, in particular flavone glycosides and flavone aglycons, in alcohol-water extracts from herb, flowers and leaves of Canadian goldenrod and alcohol-water extracts from flowers and leaves of dwarf goldenrod using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
