Synthesis and cristal structure of nikel(II) and zinc(II) complexes with benzoylacetic aldehyde derivatives

Abstract

Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes of composition MLn·NH3 (n = 1–3) were synthesized on the basis of condensation products of benzoylacetic aldehyde with aromatic acid hydrazides (H2L1–H2L3). The resulting complexes were studied by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of complelex NiL2.Py is determined by the method of RSA (CIF file CCDC no. 1508698).
