Quantitative
determination of arbuthin in leaves of malus sylvestris by method of
high-efficient liquid chromatography
Abstract
As a result of
our research, we proposed chromatographic conditions for the separation of
arbutin and the conditions for sample preparation of raw materials. – Malus
Sylvestris leaves for analysis by HPLC. According to the studies, the content
of arbutin should not be less than 0.7%.
