Modification of
quantitative method of flavonoid determination in goldenrod canadensis (solidago
canadensis) herb
Abstract
The technique of
quantitative determination of the sum of flavonoids in terms of rutin in the
Canadian Goldenrod herb has been modified by the method of differential
spectrophotometry. Optimal conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from the
Canadian Goldenrod herb are chosen depending on the concentration of the
extractant, the degree of crushing of the raw materials, and the concentration
of the complexing agent. Validation of the method for correctness,
reproducibility, repeatability and linearity was carried out.
