Some practical aspects of aluminium surface
pre-treatment in electrolytic oxidation industrial processes
Abstract
The most commonly used in anodizing
industry techniques of Al-surface etching were described. Chemistry of
nearsurface dissolution processes in alkaline and acid mediums was analyzed, in
terms of economic efficiency and ecological expediency of their practical
application. It was shown, that usage of alkaline solutions had essential
advantages.
