Nonlinear dynamics of fluctuations of the impurity photoconductivity in crystals of cadmium sulphoselenide doped with potassium

Abstract

The results on the quantification of characteristics of fluctuations of the impurity photoconductivity in monocrystals of cadmium sulphoselenide doped potassium when they are irradiated by impurity light were presented. Based on the method of the discrete Fourier transform for dynamics processes description, flicker-noise spectroscopy, reconstruction of the dynamics of time series, calculation of the characteristic exponents of Lyapunov and entropy of Kolmogorov–Sinai was showed that in the system under study is implemented by deterministic chaos.
