phosphate determination in liquid culture medium of rhodococcusby high
perfomance liquid chromatography
Abstract
Conditions for
quantitative codeine phosphate determination in the medium for Rhodococcus
cultivation using the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography
were developed. The specificity, linearity, precision and accuracy of the
method were confirmed by the validation procedure.
