Development and validation of the quantification of GML-1 compound (N-benzil-N-methyl-1-phenylpyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-3-carbamide) in the rat blood plasma by HPLC-MS

Abstract

The technique of quantitative determination of a new compound, possessing anxiolytic activity, GML-1 in the rat blood plasma was developed and validated. Analysis was performed by HPLC-MS. The method was linear in the range of 50–1000 ng/ml. Recovery of GML-1 was 83.63%. Limit of detection was 25 ng/ml.
Key words: GML-1, blood plasma, HPLC-MS, quantification.
