DIrect analysis of natural waters in real time by electrospray ionization / quadrupole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry. determination of pesticides different classes

Abstract

The possibility of direct determination of 36 pesticides (urea derivatives, triazines, triazoles, imidazoles, carbamates, triazinones, benzamides, pyridazinone, organophosphorus pesticides) by electrospray ionization / quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometer high resolution in natural waters has been showed. A significant effect in the determination of the matrix of pesticides in natural waters, and proposed to use the standard addition method for their determination in undiluted and diluted in deionized water, the analyzed sample. Ranges defined analyte content is 0.5–50 ng / mL. The relative standard deviation of the test results does not exceed 0.1, the analysis time of 10–15 minutes.
Key words: direct electrospray ionization in real time, quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry high-resolution, analysis of natural waters, pesticides.
