Assessment of the degree of destruction of biodegradable polyethylene films under uv radiation according to the "electronic nose"

Abstract

The results of the detection of volatile organic compounds – degradation products of polymers under the influence of UV radiation decomposition of polymer films from oxobiodegradable polyethylene on the samples using a gas analyzer "electronic nose" based on other selective piezosensors. The polymer films obtained by using different pro-oxidants – d2w, carboxylate and iron stearate. The dependence of the composition of the films of the compounds released from the treatment time, the power of UV radiation and the additive nature.
Key words: biodegradable polymers, polyethylene, catalysts, UV-resistance, separation of organic compounds, analysis, piezosensors, "electronic nose".
