Determination of benzo(a)pyrene in light industry objects by HPLC after preconcentration by aluminosilicate

Abstract

The method of benzo(a)pyrene’s determination in certain facilities of light industry, based on the preliminary concentration of the analyte sorption by aluminosilicate and subsequent determination by HPLC with fluorimetric detection are developed. The advantages of the proposed method are high metrological characteristics, ease of performance, affordability and the ability to replace imported sorption materials. It can be used in the practice of laboratories engaged in monitoring the quality of light industrial facilities.
Key words: benzo(a)pyrene, aluminosilicate, preconcentration, chemical analysis, HPLC.
