Colorimetric and test-determination of tetracycline and doxycycline in milk and milk products after sorption concentration at chemically modified aluminosilicate

Abstract

The technique of colorimetric and test-determination of tetracycline and doxycycline by reaction with iron(III) on the surface of chemically modified aluminosilicate was developed. The advantage of the technique is the rapidity, ease of performance, affordability and good metrological characteristics. The method can be used in the practice of laboratories performing chemical analysis of foodstuffs.
