Molecular model of the light harvesting complex LH1 of the bacterial photosynthetic center of Thermochromatium Tepidum

Abstract

By using methods of molecular modeling we have constructed the three-dimensional all-atom structure of the light harvesting complex LH1 of the bacterial photosynthetic center of Thermochromatium tepidum.
