Determination of source
of origin of bitumen covered on ceramics found in ancient settlement Menteshtepe, Azerbaijan
Abstract
In this
work investigation of bitumen covered on the surface of ceramic found at
excavation of Menteshtepe settlement of Tovuz region of Azerbaijan has been studied. Biomarker analysis, hydrocarbon analysis and element content
have been provided by high sensitive equipments and source of origin of bitumen
has been identified.
