Variation of the radiation field in the northern area of Azov see

Abstract

The statistical methods were used for the fluctuations analysis of a radiating field in the northern part of the Azov sea during 1987–2002. The purpose of the Spectral (Fourier) analysis was to decompose a complex time series with cyclical components into a few underlying sinusoidal functions of the particular wavelengths. It was established, that the gamma– background changes from time to time under the complex law including, monotonous drift of a base line, white noise, processes with intermittency, such as Flikker-noise, numerous seasonal and cyclic fluctuations. Model of autoregressive and moving average was offered, its parameters were designed and was carried out forecasting.
