Encapsulation of Proteins into Polyelectrolytic Microcapsules Composed of Dextran Sulfate, Protamine and Melamine Formaldehydes

Abstract

An effect of three groups of monoclonal antibodies specific to different regions of HRP on it’s catalytic activity in the course of oxidation of ABTS and stability during p-iodophenol (PIP) oxidation and light emission in the ECL reaction was studied. It was found that the formation of immune complexes of HRP and mc Ab resulted in higher catalytic activity and stability of enzyme. The ability of mc Ab to prevent the enzyme from inactivation depended on the antibody type. We revealed a positive effect of monAb 7G on both maximal light intensity and overall light output.
