Ion-exclusion chromatographic determination of lactic acid on sulphonated hypercrosslinked polysterene

Abstract

The applicability of sulphonated hypercrosslinked polysterene (HCPS) for ion-exclusion chromatographic determination of lactic acid in beverages (kwas) and in pickles was studied. The concentration of lactic acid in kwas, cucumber and cabbage pickles was found to be equal 6.2±0.4 ; 43.3±2.5 i 16.2±0.9 mg/ml, correspondinglyt.
