Indirect Coulometric Characteristics of Nanostructures Fabricated from Platinum Group Metals

Abstract

The self-consistent approach is presented to characterize dispersed materials and thin films fabricated from platinum group metals. The approach gives opportunity to determine quantitatively the geometrical parameters of nanostructures. The prospects of extending this approach for other systems are discussed.
