Synthesis of Polycationic Peptide Analog of Oligodesoxythymidyl Acid

Abstract

The synthesis of new peptidic policationic analogue of oligodeoxytimidinle acid on the basis ornithihe decamer is carried out, namely: 5-N-(L-phenylalaninel)-deca-%-N-(2 -N -(timinyl-1-alaninyl0-L-ornithinyl-L-alanine. The number of works in the field of synthesis of oligonucleotides analogues as with the purposes of application them as potential therapeutic drugs for antisense therapy, and for molecular biological researches has increased hardly for the last decade (1). However, despite of large success in this area and modifications of oligonucleotides structures, there is by an actual problem a designe of new oligonucleotides analogues possessing indepensable. Antisense properties, namely: by high spesificity and binding strength with complementary sequences, stability to degradation by nuclease, ability to penetrate through a cellular membrane, absence of toxicity etc.
